Originally printed Monday, February 25, 2008 (replacing a normal Monday cartoonist).

Three things:

1. You HAVE heard "Dueling Banjos". Even if you don't recognize the name. I'm willing to bet on it.
2. I haven't even seen Deliverance and I knew the song title.
3. This is still one of my worst punchlines. But it's one of the best to me in terms of art, so it flies.

Yeah, that's kind of ubiquitous. I knew going into it that it was a cliche and that similar things had been done before - long before me and long before that artist as well. Hence why I chose not to end the comic there (even though my alternative involved banjos - not as ubiquitous, but pretty stupid :P).

Nah, the banjos were clever. The only time I was in that situation, though, the height difference didn't seem to bother the short guy one whit.
